will not listen to your product needs and will make what they want. I asked for a specific material on two orders and they did not give me what I ordered. I threatened to file a complaint and then said they will remake it. upon remaking it they went way longer than their 15 day production timeframe also I asked if I could pay for 1 extra shirt and they said yes and I paid. when my order was recieved the extra shirt I paid for was not included in the shipment. I asked about it and she said I ordered two extra shirts, which is not the case every chat conversation was very clear with the re-make of the order they messed up with the 1 additional shirt. I supmitted a refund request and Alibaba approved it based on my documentation. communication and understanding what a customer needs is not here.
